There is no analytics on this site. No tracking pixel, no advertising tag, no heatmap, no session recorder, no chat widget, and no third-party script of any kind. Nothing sets a cookie. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The fonts and images are served from this domain rather than borrowed from Google or a stock library, so loading the page does not announce your visit to a company you never chose to talk to.
The self-assessment
The twelve-question assessment on the main page is scored entirely inside your own browser. Your answers are never sent anywhere. They are not stored on a server, not written to your device, and not visible to me.
If you press Send me this result, your own email program opens with the result written into a draft. Nothing is sent until you send it. If you close the draft instead, I never learn that you took it at all.
If you take the assessment and never contact me, I have no way of knowing you were here.What the host records
This site is hosted by Vercel, and the video is delivered from Vercel's storage. Like every web host, Vercel records standard request logs — the IP address making the request, the page or file requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. I do not add anything to those logs, do not build profiles from them, and do not connect them to anyone's identity. They exist so the service can be operated and defended.
Vercel's own handling of that data is governed by their privacy terms as my processor.
If you contact me
When you email, call, or send an assessment result, I receive what you chose to send. I use it to decide whether there is work here and to prepare for an orientation call. I do not add you to a mailing list, do not sell or share it, and do not pass it to a marketing service.
- Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twelve months.
- Nothing you tell me before an engagement is discussed with anyone else.
- If you would like what you sent deleted sooner, say so and it is deleted.
If we do work together, the confidentiality terms of that engagement govern, and they are stricter than this page.
Your rights
You may ask what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted. Write to the address below and I will answer within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may have these rights under laws such as the GDPR or the Nevada and California privacy statutes; I extend them to everyone who asks regardless of where they are.
There is no automated decision-making on this site. The assessment scores itself arithmetically in your browser and is not used to evaluate you.
No client is ever named
It is not a marketing line. I do not publish client names, do not use engagements as case studies, and do not confirm or deny that a family is a client — including to other clients. The twenty-five years I spent with one family are described on this site without ever identifying them, and that is how it will stay.

If you find a security flaw here, I would rather hear it from you than read about it later. Contact details are in /.well-known/security.txt and below.
